Saltlanding works on a contingency-only basis with no upfront cost. Fees range from 20% to 25% of first-year salary depending on role, and are only invoiced after a candidate accepts an offer.
If a placed candidate voluntarily leaves within 90 days, Saltlanding runs one replacement search at no additional charge. If a replacement isn't found within 45 days, a pro-rated refund applies.
